Integration Visualization
A guided journey to integrate fragmented parts of yourself
Choose Duration
Instructions
Lie down or sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take several deep, settling breaths.
Imagine yourself walking through a beautiful landscape—perhaps a meadow, forest, or beach. This is your inner world.
As you walk, you notice figures at a distance. These are parts of yourself—perhaps younger versions, rejected aspects, or hidden potentials.
Approach the figure that draws your attention most. As you get closer, you see who it is.
Greet this part of yourself with love: "I see you. You belong here with me."
Listen to what this part has to say. It may speak in words, images, or feelings.
Ask: "What do you need to feel welcomed back?"
Offer what you can—perhaps acknowledgment, protection, or simply your presence.
When you feel complete, imagine embracing this part, allowing it to merge back into your being. Feel yourself becoming more whole.
Take a moment to rest in this integration before slowly returning to ordinary awareness.
