Open your heart to appreciation and abundance

Instructions

Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a few breaths to arrive.

Bring to mind something simple that you're grateful for today. Perhaps the warmth of sunlight, a cup of tea, a kind word from someone.

Really feel into this gratitude. Where do you notice it in your body? Let it expand.

Now think of a person you're grateful for. Hold them in your mind's eye and let appreciation flow toward them.

Consider something about your body you can be grateful for. Perhaps your eyes that see, your heart that beats without effort, your hands that create.

Think of something challenging that taught you something valuable. Can you find gratitude even for difficulty?

Finally, feel gratitude for this moment of practice, for your commitment to growth, for the awareness that is experiencing all of this.

Let gratitude fill your entire being. This is your natural state when you remove the obstacles of complaint and comparison.
