Feel your connection to all the people on earth. Despite surface differences, we all breathe the same air, share the same basic needs, experience joy and sorrow.
Expand to include all living beings: animals, birds, fish, insects, plants, microorganisms. All of it is life, expressing in countless forms.
Feel how you are not separate from this web of life. Your breath connects you to the trees. Your body is made of stardust. You belong here.
Rest in this sense of vast connection and belonging.
